Declaration of Expression

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political system which has governed them, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the right to pursue happiness to which the Laws of the Nation entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to action.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all people have opinions, that they are endowed by their Nation with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Thought, Vote, and the expression of political views.--That to secure these rights, Political Parties are instituted among a public, deriving their voices from the conscious consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Political Party becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Form of Political Expression, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Rights to be heard and have their opinions upheld by their Elected Representatives. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Political Parties long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that humankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Political Party, and to provide new Guards for their future expression of opinion.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Political Parties. The history of the present Bipartisan Legislature is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Oligarchy over these States. To prove this, let Facts of the Two Major Political Parties be submitted to a candid world.
  • They have refused to compromise on the most basic of needed Laws necessary for the public good.
  • They have impeded the will of the citizens from being voiced on Laws of immediate and pressing importance
  • They have refused to grant independent opposing voices the right to be received on Laws of immediate and pressing importance unless those people would relinquish the right of Free Speech in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to Major Political Parties only.
  • They have oppressed  independent opposing voices through greater exposure to the public, brought forth by the improper advantages of monetary campaign value and unearned inheritance of party reputation among member candidates, for the sole purpose of maintaining majority status within the legislative branch.
  • They have deadlocked repeatedly on important and timely issues, for the advancement of political agendas more so than the expression of public opinion.
  • They have refused for a long time, after such deadlocks, to appropriate the will of the people when such will differs from the set political agenda.
  • They have endeavored to prevent the population of opposing political parties; for the purpose of maintaining the Bipartisan Legislature; resorting to slander and libel when deemed necessary for the protection of their corrupted system.
  • They have obstructed the Advancement of Humankind, by refusing to Assent to Laws for the better of the public.
  • They have made Elected Officals dependent on their Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the expression of their represented peoples'. 
  • They have erected a multitude of Political Groups, and sent hither swarms of followers to harass members of the public who hold opposing views.
  • They have kept among us, in times of political duress, Standing Armies of Followers who have been politically reared to accept their ideals as truth.
  • They have affected to render their Members independent of and superior to the public opinion.
  • They have subjected us to a political agenda privy to their own opinions, unacknowledged by their represented public; giving Their Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation beneficial to themselves before their represented public:
  • For Increasing their own salaries:
  • For Including earmarks within bills:
  • For Decreasing the authority of some Government Agencies:
  • For Decreasing the transparency of the Economic Process:
  • For Acknowledging of remedial social accomplishments:
  • For Decreasing the transparency of the Political Process:
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Bipartisan Legislative System whose character is thus marked by every act which may define an Oligarchy, is unfit to be the representative of a free people. Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Political brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unsupported jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our votes. We have appealed to their native feedback systems and magnanimity. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Action, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies during deadlock, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the Public Opinion, in General Consensus, Virtually Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these States, solemnly publish and declare, That these People are, and of Right ought to be able to have their opinions expressed by their representatives; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the Bipartisan Legislature, and that all political connection between them and major political parties, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as a people legitimately represented, they have full Power to vote, have their opinion accounted for in spite of a political agenda, and to do all other Acts and Things which a represented political body may do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Democracy, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
